Street style veg Manchurian at home ♥️ Ingredients: For Manchurian Balls: ½ cup finely chopped spring onion (hara pyaz) ½ cup finely chopped cauliflower (phool gobhi) ½ cup finely chopped cabbage (patta gobhi) ½ cup grated carrot (gajar) ½ cup grated beetroot 1 tbsp chopped ginger 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tbsp chopped green chillies ½ cup maida (all-purpose flour) ½ cup cornflour Salt to taste ½ tsp black pepper powder 1 tbs dark soya sauce Oil for deep frying For Manchurian Sauce: 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp chopped green chillies 2 tbsp chopped spring onion (white part) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce 2 tsp vinegar ½ tsp black pepper powder 400 ml cup water 2 tsp cornflour + 5 tbsp beetroot juice (slurry) --- Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix all the chopped veggies, salt, pepper, maida, and cornflour. 2. Combine well and shape into small balls. 3. Deep fry the balls on medium flame until golden and crisp. Keep aside. 4. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, and spring onion. Sauté for a few seconds. 5. Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and pepper. Mix well. 6. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. 7. Stir in the cornflour slurry and cook until the sauce thickens. 8. Add fried Manchurian balls, toss well, and coat evenly with the sauce. 9.
