Apply in life with eyes open 4. Remember your future In the past, I've spent the vast majority of my time on step 1, in theory land, in my head. The focus of this video is to allow you to learn from experience in meditation (step 2) so that you can then practice applying in life when the environment constantly prods you to return to the same predictable unconscious past (step 3). Through repeated practice (steps 1-3) you start to install new hardware in your brain to create new software, the future of your design (step 4). I hope this video is of service to you.
