Gait Analysis Case Study: Understanding a Cranky Medial Knee

Thanks to Jay for letting me share this case study. Jay was curious to understand what observations I might be able to make about his medial knee pain. Before doing a Zoom session I had him send me a gait video so I could see if anything stood out. Some interesting things definitely popped out in his gait mechanics that we then worked through in a live session online. I had him them re-film himself walking to see if there was a difference, and it was cool to see some changes, as well as hear him report things felt different in his body. I made a quick video highlighting my main observations and the difference before and after we worked through some exercises together. I hope you enjoy and find this case study useful :)
