Don't ask what the requirement to get this; even I don't know the exact requirement for this. I Google this and I only got two clue to get this situation. TWO Clue/hint, that all I got. You Google it and you see that there only clue and hint but not requirement. Well, using the two clues and hint online this is what I did to get here. The two clue I uses that I got from online are: Brayko must live (of course) and you must or need to get (-) rep with Surkov. Here what I did bases on the two clues in hope to get this video/situation: -Uses Aggressive Stance on Grigori -Uses Aggressive Stance on Surkov at the Embassy (to get [-] rep) -Uses Aggressive & Suave Stances at "Contact Surkov at Moscow Office" (to get [-] rep) -Spare Brayko (took his money) [not sure if sparing him and NOT take his money still count) ----------------------------------------------------------------- This video (rep) count on the character: -Brayko [doesn't matter, but I have (neutral) rep] -Surkov [(-)2 rep] ----------------------------------------------------------------- -On a side note, the news at the safe house after the "Prevent Surkov's Escape" said that Surkov die on the helipad, which make me wonder if Brayko will show up at the helipad to kill Surkov. (Self-Answer: No)
