The treatment available are medical line of treatment non medical line of treatment, Endourologic treatment and non-Endourologic treatment. Non-Endourological treatment contains surgical and ESWN. In Endourological treatment there are three things ureterorenoscopy rigid and flexible (URS), PCNL percutaneous nephrolithotomy and third one is laproscopic method. URS is done through a genital region tip of the genital, go to the bladder then ureter and remove the stone. PCNL making a small hole in the back of the abdomen and get in to the kidney and remove the stone. In laproscopy make three small holes on the anterior part of the abdomen, get into the abdomen and remove the stone in ureter and kidney. Indications for Rigid Ureteroscopy are stones in the lower and middle one third, flexible Ureteroscopy are stones in the lower, upper and middle one third and also stones in any part of the kidney and most preferable in patients with who do not want scar, obese patients, anomalous kidney and patients with coagulopathy. PCNL is done for any stone with 10 mm- 50 mm in the kidney or upper one third of the kidney. Laproscopy is mainly done for the stones in the urator and kidney alone, along with these gadgets other things used are baskets, forceps and lithotripsy. Lithotrips are made of laser, electro hydraulic way, electro magnetic way and pneumatic way. Severe septicemia, anomalous kidneys, coagulopathy are the related contradictions of the patient. The advantages of this procedure are short stay in hospital, very small scar or no scar, Short time consuming, patient can immediately go to work after the discharge except a little discomfort. The disadvantages are as the highly technological instrument used as it is little more expensive than open procedures.
