Welcome to Day 47 of the 75 Hard Yoga Challenge. This class runs about 60 minutes from start to finish. If you’re doing the 75 Hard challenge, the first 45 minutes covers your workout. The rest is optional if you want to stay and spend a little extra time on mobility, stretching, and winding things down or you can skip ahead to shavasana and close out your practice there. Today’s practice focuses on the hips; building strength, mobility, and range of motion. This dynamic yoga flow combines activation, hip mobility, and deep opening to help your hips feel stronger, more supported, and more free. We’ll explore movements like figure-4, lizard lunge, skandasana, and goddess pose while building stability through the glutes, hip flexors, and inner thighs. Move at your own pace, stay connected to your breath, and enjoy the practice. See you on the mat.
