Get an extra large white t-shirt and cut off the sleeves. Then make the neck hole a little larger by cutting it with a pair of scissors. Take it in if you wish by running it under a sewing machine on the sides. Finally distress the bottom the shirt by cutting up the bottom hem into uneven strips. Add some dirt or blood stains using some make-up, then you're done!
