2D Sketch : https://www.3dmechanism.com/post/3d-e... In this tutorial we'll use the features: In Autodesk Inventor, the Revolve, Shell, and Extrude commands are three of the most fundamental tools you'll use to create and modify 3D parts. They each serve a distinct purpose in your modeling workflow. Extrude: This is the most common tool for building a 3D part from a 2D sketch. It works by taking a closed sketch profile and pushing or pulling it linearly to add material (a "join" operation) or remove material (a "cut" operation). You can use it to create simple blocks, complex slots, or even a surface from a profile. Revolve: This command creates a 3D solid or surface by rotating a 2D sketch profile around a central axis. It is the most efficient method for modeling parts that have circular or cylindrical symmetry, like shafts, pulleys, or even more complex shapes. You need to select both a sketch profile and a line or edge to serve as the axis of revolution. Shell: The Shell command removes material from the inside of a solid body to create a hollow part with a specific wall thickness. It's ideal for designing things like housings, casings, or bottles. You can also select specific faces to remove, which creates an opening in the hollowed-out part.
