She stated she went to bed around 2100 hours and woke up the next morning, Sunday, October 12th, 2025, around 0530 hours. She found Mr. Nestor was not home after a quick check of the apartment. She texted him to see where he was at and did not receive a response. She also sent an email to his personal email to check on him. Mrs. Nestor accessed a yahoo email account on their desktop where she then discovered a series of email exchanges between him and their dentist, Melanie Litt. She discovered Mr. Nestor and Mrs. Litt were having an affair and this dated back 13 years according to Mrs. Nestor. She also looked up Mr. Nestor's GPS location for his cell phone and she advised it tracked to an addres in Marietta, Georgia on Sunday morning. He had since turned off his phone. Mrs. Nestor looked up the address on the Cobb County tax accessor's office and discovered the residence belong to Mrs. Litt. "Mrs. Nestor was able to look up Mrs. Litt`s husband on social media and messaged him about the affair. The husband, Leslie Litt, was reluctant to believe this. He was in South Carolina and reached out to Cobb Police dispatch and requested for officers to conduct a welfare check. I learned Precinct 5 officer Muncy along with DUI Task Force Lt. Ramirez were conducting the welfare check simultaneously to me speaking with Mrs. Nestor."
