In this vlog, we — a group of six friends — take on one of Nepal’s longest and most breathtaking adventures: the Manaslu Circuit Trek. Starting our journey on November 2, we took a night bus from Kathmandu to Setikhola, Gorkha, and began our trek after a landslide stopped our vehicle at Doban. From there, it was all on foot — walking through beautiful villages, rivers, forests, and snowy mountains. We trekked across Jagat, Chisapani, Deng, Gap, Namrung, Lho, Syala, Samagaun, Samdo, Dharmasala, Larke Pass, Yak Kharka, and finally Tilche — covering almost 200 kilometers in just 8 days, a journey most people complete in 10–15 days. From peaceful Birendra Tal to the icy winds of Larke Pass (5,160 m), every step tested our endurance but rewarded us with views and memories we’ll never forget. Must carry item : Medicines, paracetamol and jibanjal is must. hot water bottles, avoid cold water. warm jacket, chest guard, inners, extra socks, water proof shoes, hat, sun glasses, moisturizer , trekking stick one is enough 60/70 liters trekking bag, crampon for shoes to walk on ice snow, we had to walk 2 days on ice way without it we would be doomed. Avoid extra cloths 2 pairs is more than enough more than that, u will fell the weight while walking. If u have any questions we can ask me on comments I will reply asap.
