Comparison of the Gränsfors Bruk and Husqvarna Axes Not an in-depth review of these two axes but an opportunity came up for me to do a side by side comparison of quality fit and finish. The Gränsfors Bruk Scandinavian Forest axe and the Husqvarna Traditional axe are two of the most popular larger axes on the market. I was disappointed with the Husqvarna and impressed by the Gränsfors Bruk after playing with them for a few hours. In any case my choice would be the Gränsfors Bruk because of the poor finish on the Husqvarna.
