The Seiko 5 Sports 55th Anniversary Limited Edition Re-creation of the first 5 Sports watch also the SRPK17 was released a few months ago and to me it was one of the best Seiko releases of the past few years. This is essentially identical to the original watch that was released back in 1968 which for me is the best of both worlds. Also the size looked to be spot on for me at 39mm which is smaller than the 42 SKX or SSK GMT while being bigger than the mid sized 37mm SRPK31. The excitement and hype was high for good reason as a result but now that time has passed what is it like just as a watch?
