As you walk the Camino de Santiago you come across many small charming villages. Last summer I fell in love with Hontanas, a small village on the Meseta. In this video you get to meet Marilena, a girl from Italy, who is with Kieran from England, and who now runs a hostel in Hontanas after meeting each other in New Zealand. You can join the local church which in the tower has a presentation of all the most famous pilgrimage routes in the world. Finally, we visit the memorial to St. Bridget from Sweden.
