At Snowden Optiro, Ian focusses on training, resource reviews and audits, and specializes in reconciliation training and studies. Ian has carried out reconciliation reviews in Ghana, South Africa, Zambia, West Australia and South Australia in the past few years and contributed to the JORC 2024 reconciliation changes as part of the Working Group.
