After my last video a viewer commented that agents and brokers can negotiate their splits. That's what this video is about. Agents and brokers can split their fees in different ways and it's always negotiable. Traditional commission splits have the brokerage keeping 6% as an administrative fee and anywhere from 20% to 50% depending on the skill of the agent. In other brokerages, that 6% administrative fee may only be $350. Of course that number can vary as well as the broker split.
