Have you seen those mini “Stanley” cups that hold ChapStick? My wife has one, and I decided to scale it up and redesign it into a bigger version that fits mini Tito’s bottles… and then I went even bigger to fit her ridiculously oversized ChapStick 😅 In this video I’ll show you how I measured the real-world object with calipers, brought the model into Bambu Studio, cloned parts to a new plate, and scaled everything uniformly so the inside fit was right. I also cover how I separated parts for easier printing, used paint/fill for color changes, and why scaling up can seriously increase print time (9+ hours for the cup!).
