History of Choledocholithiasis with Hepaticolithiasis, Status: Post ERCP with stone extraction and billiary stenting  FINDINGS : PAPILLA: Papilla is flanked by two diverticula. Post papillotomy papilla. A Pigtail plastic billiary stent is seen in situ which is removed by grasping with foreign body forceps. Bile flow seen. PANCREATOGRAM: Not attempted. CHOLANGIOGRAM: The CBD, CHD and left hepatic duct are grossly dilated. Multiple filling defects with irregular dilatations are seen in the right and posterior hepatic duct. Repeated balloon and basket sweeping of the billiary tree is done and revealed multiple stones and billiary mud. Duct toileting is done with normal saline irrigation. Balloon sphincteroplasty is done.   COMMENTS: Hepaticolithiasis (right).
