Note, there are some dangers associated with these types of car washes. Overall it was a very bad experience. 4/3/2021 Follow up: Eddie the manager ends up calling me three days later, and instead of admitting it was their fault, he went on to explain their protocol which is for them to file a claim then for me to submitted to my insurance company, he suggested that it was the fault of the lady in front of me instead of them, since it was their machine that was pushing me along into her car! Such a bad phone call he made to me. And when I suggested he admit fault and explain what they will do so this doesn't happen again, he remained silent. So what I got out of this whole experience is, these places just pack cars in to make the most money and they really don't care about you or your car.
