Their aesthetic leans towards a retro maximalist look with lots of eye-catching design cues and colors. This board was lent to me by a friend (and enabler), and I enjoyed my time with it! With this configuration with full foams, it has a subdued yet autthoritative deep thockiness to the sound, without sounding too PE-foamy like with most keyboards today. Although the aluminum plate has a lot of meme cutouts for flex, the foam ends up absorbing most of it. It's still a cushioned typing experience no doubt, but I wouldn't expect this to flex anywhere near like a Thera75 or GHS.Rar for sure. Personally I'm not too huge a fan of all the acoutrements that come with the Matrixes in general -- and Via support being a rarity in their boards is a big deal-breaker for me (I want to reprogram on the fly okay). Still, these boards are solid and their reputation is well-deserved. If you're into the aesthetic and feel, I definitely recommend you give them a try.
