The latest in a series where I show and discuss the procedure to create one of my illustrations, this one being my "PumpkinHead and the Vampire" ink illustration, sketching, then techniques for working with crowquill pens and brush. I discuss the full illustration process, drawing the illustration on 11"x17" 100lb smooth finish paper, with a 2H pencil, to then working on the final ink illustration. There is a brief discussion regarding the challenges of illustrating while dealing with arthritis.
