Quebec couple confirmed dead in Portugal funicular crash

Quebecer André Bergeron and his wife, Blandine Daux, who was a Canadian permanent resident and a French citizen, were among those killed in this week's funicular crash in Lisbon, Bergeron's brother told CBC News. Global Affairs Canada confirmed two Canadians died in the crash, without identifying them.
