About 10 years ago I made a series of bad career decisions that left me in a pretty dark place. Using Simon's "Golden Circle" it helped me realize what my "why" is and brought a focus back to my career that I was missing. This video was published in 2009 and it has racked up over 64MM views on YouTube! We pay homage to the golden circle part, but we pay particular attention to Simon's take on leadership. And he is an incredible story teller and presenter using the "rule of 3" and constantly repeating key phrases and ideas to get them to "stick" in our brains.
