Both size options come in two configurations, double-loaded with USP 2 and double-loaded with USP 2 and 1.5mm Tape. Cannulated drills and taps are available, individually packaged, and sterile. ✅ The Paragon 28 Titanium Grappler Suture Anchor was designed for streamlined delivery with sizing and instrumentation tailored for the Foot and Ankle surgeon. The anchor features a dual lead thread pitch which allows for quick and reproducible insertion while ensuring maximum cortical purchase is achieved. The anchor is inserted using a hexalobe driver that was designed to provide superior insertional strength and simple removal when necessary. Both size options are doubled loaded with four needles attached to provide surgeons multiple options depending on the needs and location of the repair. ✅ The Paragon 28 Soft Grappler Suture Anchor was designed to simplify the delivery and deployment of all-suture anchors. The 2.8mm Soft Anchor comes in an all-inclusive kit, with a drill guide and drilling wire, sized specifically to accommodate the needs of Foot and Ankle surgeons. The anchor comes double-loaded with USP 2 suture with four needles attached. The drilling wire features a non-skive tip and laser line to ensure drilling is safe and accurate. The included drill guide is slotted to assist with the removal of the sutures after the anchor has been deployed. The anchor inserter was designed specifically rigid to provide for consistent and reliable deployment and to help prevent skiving and the need to reload the anchor.
