Mr Vadai used to operate in Pasar Malams or night markets, until Covid-19 struck. The family decided to set up their vadai business in a hawker in Sep 2021. Now run by the 2nd and 3rd generation owners, the stall offers vadai, goreng pisang, fried chicken wings and offal skewers. Other than the quintessential prawn and ikan bilis vadai, the stall boasts its mini vadai that comes with ingredients like crab meat, prawn, fish, chicken, ham, quail egg, etc. Get an assortment to enjoy all the savoury delights!
