For years now I've only eaten one meal a day - I am not saying this is healthy and this is certainly not advice. It just works for me. It keeps my mind free to optimize my brain juice to think about other things and it's one less thing to worry about. Preston still eats all his meals and snacks. 👍 As a family, we really enjoy our dinners together. I barely see Byron all day so it's nice to indulge in a nice meal! So far we like the Factor meals to try to minimize dishes but we'll see how long that lasts for. Will keep you updated!
