The gameplay is based on exploration and skillfully overcoming obstacles, and the player can use two types of jumps: a short double jump and a high jump, both performed with a single button, allowing for quick reactions to changing situations on the screen. Throughout the game, you can find checkpoints that save your progress, collect hearts to restore energy, and use spells to temporarily paralyze enemies and safely avoid dangers. The game world is divided into different areas, and the music changes depending on the location, creating an atmosphere of mystery and adventure characteristic of classic titles from the 80s and 90s.
