M&M'S Chocolatey Peanut Butter Snack Mix

This is a quick and easy snack to take along for a pick-me-up any time of day. Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes Total Time: 45 minutes (+ 15 minutes standing time) Makes: 18 servings Ingredients: 3 cups popped popcorn 3 cups corn cereal squares 2 cups mini pretzels 1 cup salted peanuts 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup honey 1/4 tsp salt 1 sharing size pkg (8.3 oz) M&M’s Classic Mix Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 300°F. 2. In large bowl, combine popcorn, cereal, pretzels and peanuts. 3. In microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and salt; microwave for 30 seconds or until peanut butter is melted. Pour over popcorn mixture, stirring to coat. Spread on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. 4. Bake, stirring after 10 minutes, for 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is dry. Let cool completely; stir in M&M’s. Serve in individual goodie bags or bowls.
