I've been fond of this service and they delivered big time in this review. They had top grades in all four categories. Pretty impressive until I tied to make a change to the name right after ordering and they wanted $129 to do so. They also gained a lot of bad scores due to it being the most expensive service and also sending the most spam email. I particularly didn't like their fear mongering emails about potential fines if I don't use their BOI filing service. They offered to have me refile my LLC and eat the $50 filing fee cost to fix the typo in the LLC name. However they were crazy slow at filing the LLC at 19 days and are also very expensive. I wanted to give them a higher score but taking 19 days as one of the most expensive services is kind of crazy IMO. ⛳ DNF (Did Not Finish) - IncAuthority This was the only service I kept getting error messages as I was trying to order. After about 5 attempts I gave up. But I did a full review of the process because they had some pretty questionable business practices. I found some places they charged $39 and others $29. Then when I tried to order there was a glitch in the backend software that tried to charge me extra for that. I also didn't like how they would say the State Fee is $184 and our fee is $100. I found it in poor taste to lump the Registered Agent fees into the state when that's a service they provide, not the state. That service provides no value to you until like day 335. I said I didn't want it but what they did was give it to me as a 14 day auto-enroll free trial so when I got to checkout I just saw Free plus State pricing. After 14 days you're automatically paying them $149 a year. Super shady tactic IMO.
