Early Spring Exploring: Slimy Salamander Hunting!

As the weather begins warming up here in Central NC, reptiles and amphibians such as this slimy salamander will begin emerging from their winter brumations, and I will be doing my best to film as many as I can! Slimy salamanders in particular are some of my favorites to find, and seem to have a well established population where I explore. Most wild animals can cause injury if harassed, and I do not recommend attempting to capture any creatures without purpose and practice.
