We travelled to Reykjavik from Brussels , Belgium. We had 6 days plan to see Iceland covering south, south-west and eastern coastal areas ************** Tour plan*************** The detailed travel plan for 6 day trip to Iceland is as follows: Day 1 : Arrive at Reykjavik. After getting the car from Car rental station, drive through Reykjanes peninsula covering Graensvatn, Krysuvik geothermal area, Kleifervatn. Reaching Rekjavik during evening. City tour on foot. If the hotel/aparment is near the central area, then the famous Hallsgrimkirkja , Rainbow street and Sun Voyager can be covered by walking. Day 2: Snaefellness peninsula covering Kirkjufell, Djupalonssandur black sand beach, Arnarstapi, Ytri tunga beach for Seal watching Reykjavik to Reykjavik - Total driving distance apprx 600 km In summer time, the whole peninsula can be covered in a day, but during fall/winter, 1 night stay would be required , possibly at Budir. Video link for day 2: ********************    • Iceland day 2: Travelling through Snaefell...   Day 3: Golden triangle- covering the iconic Geysir, Thingvelling national park and the mighty Godafoss and Kerid crater. We reached Selfoss at around 10 pm. Recommended to have plenty of time in hand , because each place is amazingly exclusive. Also there are many tour operators who conducts day trip from Reykjavik. Rates may vary. Day 4: Start from Selfoss at around 10 am. First stop at Seljalandsfoss. This whole day is along the ring road. Next stops were Skogafoss, Solheimajokul glacier, Plane wreck, Black sand beach of Vik Night stay near Vik. Day 5: Jokulsarlon with amphibian boat ride, Diamod beach, Glacier hike , back to Vik.
