Today's quick video shows you how you can easily take your scanned drawings and clean up or isolate the lines in order to cut out the background, add some digital colour or just give everything a nice plain, white backdrop. This tutorial is so easy, so apologies if I whiz through it quite quickly. You can use this technique (using the free software 'GIMP GNU Image Manipulation Program) for ink drawings, line-art, calligraphy and illustration.
