🥢 Crispy & Crunchy Chicken Spring Rolls: 🛒 Ingredients For the Chicken Marinade: 500g boneless chicken (thinly sliced or shredded) 2 tsp salt (divide: 1 tsp for chicken, 1 tsp for vegetables) 1 tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp cumin powder 2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp chicken masala 2 tsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp lemon juice 1 tsp black pepper For the Vegetable Filling: 1 onion (thinly sliced) 1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced) 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced) 1 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced) ½ medium cabbage (finely shredded) 3 fresh green chillies (sliced) Handful of fresh coriander (chopped) Sauces: 2 tsp red chilli sauce 2 tsp green chilli sauce 1 tsp Dakota sauce Remaining ½ tsp lemon juice Other: Spring roll sheets Oil (as required for cooking & frying) 👩🍳 Method 1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, add: Chicken 1 tsp salt Turmeric powder Cumin powder Red chilli powder Chicken masala Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp lemon juice Mix well and let it marinate for at least 20–30 minutes. 2️⃣ Cook the Chicken Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken. Cook on medium heat for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked and slightly dry. Set aside. 3️⃣ Prepare the Filling In another pan, heat some oil. Add onion, bell peppers, and cabbage. Add 1 tsp salt and black pepper. Stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes (vegetables should remain slightly crunchy). Add the cooked chicken and mix well. Stir in red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, and Dakota sauce. Turn off heat. Add sliced green chillies and fresh coriander. Mix well and allow the filling to cool completely. 4️⃣ Roll the Spring Rolls Place a spring roll sheet on a flat surface. Add 2–3 tablespoons of filling near one edge. Fold sides inward and roll tightly. Seal edges with a little water. 5️⃣ Fry or Air Fry Deep Fry: Heat oil and fry spring rolls until golden brown and crispy. Air Fry: Brush lightly with oil and air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes (flip halfway). ✨ Your crispy, crunchy chicken spring rolls are ready to serve! Serve hot with ketchup, chilli sauce, or mayo dip. Enjoy! 😋
