Pinterest: / secretsintheove Ingredients: • 100 ml Milk • 54 g Butter • 320 g All-Purpose Flour • 1 tsp Sugar • 1 tsp Baking Powder • 1 tsp Salt • 130 g Greek Yogurt • Oil • Extra Butter for greasing • Parsley Step 1 In a small saucepan, heat milk together with butter and stir until the butter is melted. Set aside while we are preparing the other ingredients and let the milk cool down slowly. Step 2 In a bowl mix the flour with the baking powder, the sugar and the salt. Make sure they are well combined. Step 3 In another bowl add the Greek yogurt and stir in warm milk until smooth. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients and continue stirring until well combined. Use your hands to form the dough and knead it until smooth. Transfer the dough on a floured surface and cover it with the bowl. Let it rest for 30 minutes or more. Step 4 Cut the dough in 6 equal pieces and start forming little balls. Now it’s time to form the naan breads by using the rolling pin. Step 5 Preheat a pan and grease with oil. Pick up one Naan, remove excess flour by slapping the dough between your hands and put it into the pan. Cook until bubbles have formed on top and the bottom side gets lightly nicely browned. Then flip, and cook until done, about 1 minute. Cover the naan breads with a kitchen towel to keep them warm while baking the rest. Step 6 Cut fresh parsley for an extra flavor. Grease each naan bread with melted butter and sprinkle fresh parsley on top! Bon Appetit!
