রুই মাছের দোপিঁয়াজা রেসিপি | Rui Macher Do Pyaza in Bengali Description: Do pyaza means two onions and onions are used at two stages during cooking. Now Fish (Rui, Pomfret, Bhetki, Chingri) Do Pyaza is popular in our country. It can be cooked with vegetables. Ingredients for Rui Do Pyaza Rui Fish – 6 pieces For tempering – Cumin Seed (2 Pinch), Black Pepper(8-10ps), Bay Leaf(1ps), Dry Red Chilli(1ps), Cardamom(2ps), Clove(2ps), Cinnamon(1inch) White vegetable oil – 3 tbsp Onion Paste – 2 tbsp Chopped Tomato – 2 ps Sliced Onion -2 ps Chopped Coriander Leaves – Few Yogurt – 1 tbsp Ginger Paste – 1 tsp Garlic Paste – 1 tsp Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp Coriander Powder – 1tsp Toasted Cumin Powder – ½ tsp Garam Mashala Powder – ½ tsp Green Chilli – 7 ps Salt – As per taste Method Marinate the fish with salt & turmeric Pour white vegetable oil 1tsp Fry the fish in hot oil Both sides of fish must be fried lightly Keep the fried fish aside & cover the pan with lid Take another pan on the flame to make gravy Pour 1 tsp oil & is heated Add onion cube to the hot & fry it lightly Add 4 pieces chopped green chilli Pour the fried onion & green chilli into fish Pour 1btsp oil For tempering – add bay leaf, Dry Red Chilli, Cumin Seed, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove & Cardamom Stir it lightly, Add onion paste, Add chopped tomato & garlic paste Cook it well until tomato will be melted Add coriander powder, Red Chilli powder, turmeric powder Mix it well Add chopped coriander leaves & mix it well When cooking is done well & it releases oil Whisk the yogurt well Add dry roasted cumin powder & garam mashala powder to yogurt & mix it well Add yogurt mixture slowly Pour some water & stir it Pour the remaining of 1 cup water Pour again another ½ cup of water The gravy is boiled Pour again the hot gravy on the fried fish & onion Keep the pan on the flame, keep it 5 minutes for boiling Now cooking is done, Switch off the flame Rui Macher Do Pyaza is ready to serve Thank you Bulu’s View
