VIDEO: Knife Allegedly Used in Shahabad Dairy Murder Recovered by Delhi Police

The Delhi Police has successfully recovered the knife believed to have been used in the murder of 16-year-old Sakshi in the Shahabad Dairy area of northwest Delhi. According to a senior police officer, the accused, 20-year-old Sahil, had his police custody extended for three more days by the court on Thursday. During further questioning, the accused frequently changed his statements, leading to his cross-questioning. Subsequently, the weapon of offence was discovered and seized. The officer also mentioned that the statements of the victim's three friends, Bhawna, Ajay alias Jhabru, and Neetu, were individually verified and found to be consistent. Moreover, the police have established the route taken by the accused while fleeing the crime scene.
