This time, I attempted an overnight stay in a rain poncho shelter. I really like the cool look of a military tent and its compatibility with campfires, but as a hiker, it feels a bit heavy. I brought a rain poncho for the sake of lightening my gear, but it was quite cramped, haha. It was possible to protect myself from the rain and wind, but the inside of the poncho got a bit wet, so I recommend using a waterproof sleeping bag or bivy. The next day, the wind was very strong, with speeds over 20 m/s in some areas. The place where I stayed was also very windy and felt dangerous, so I went home earlier than planned. There were fallen trees on the way back, so I think it was the right decision. Please be careful of strong winds and enjoy your camping!!
