Hi everyone At my village 😊 Egg curry recipe for 2 persons Take 3 eggs and 2 onions(medium cut), curry leaves and coriander leaves Take 1 kadai On medium flame add 2 spoons oil add cumin seeds-1 spoon, add onion and curry leaves mix well then add turmeric-1/2 spoon, salt-1 spoon(as per taste) and ginger garlic paste -3/4th spoon mix well then add red chilli powder-1 spoon, dhaniya powder-3/4th spoon, garam masala-1/2 spoon don't mix it close with lid let it cook for 2mins after 2mins mix well add eggs then mix close it with lid let it cook for 2mins more finally mix well add coriander leaves again cook for 2mins mix well yummy 😋 tasty egg curry ready to serve.....
