The Blood Scorpion is really just a Count Mechula with a couple new additions, although it is much more effective at dealing out DoT and draining life than the original. The general strategy is to stack DoTs on the opponent while healing, meaning you can dump your stats into things like Perception to increase your overall survivability. It consists of absolutely no rares, NG, or SC items, so it basically means everybody can use this (if you have enough credits).
