Experience the first day of transhumance with the Ait Atta nomads as they journey to the summer pastures in the High Atlas Mountains. The Ait Atta tribe moves twice a year: to the High Atlas (Adrar) in summer and the Anti Atlas (Saghrou) in winter. Accompanied by their sheep and goats, with camels, donkeys, and mules carrying their luggage and food, this ancient way of life continues today. This adventure took me back to the times of my nomadic ancestors. I shared this memorable journey with a family member, reconnecting with our rich heritage.
