For more such videos please SUBSCRIBE⚀ to my channel and also press the BELL ICON🔔 next to it, so that you Ingredients — Veg Spring Rolls (with Homemade Sheets) 🫓 For Spring Roll Sheets (Wraps) 1 cup (100 g) cornflour or arrowroot ½ cup all-purpose flour (maida) ( 50g ) 1 tablespoon oil ¼ teaspoon salt About 1⅓ cups water (add gradually to make a thin batter) Oil — for greasing pan and sheets Optional (for easier handling): 1 egg white — skip for pure vegetarian version Ingredients for Veg stepping:- 1- capsicum Barik slices chopped 1- gajar Barik slices chopped 1- cabbage Barik slices chopped ½- namak Swad ke anusar 1- tsp black paper powder 1- tsp Soya sauce 1- tsp green chilli sauce 1- 2 Hari mirch 1- tsp corn flour- and 1½- tsp normal water and mixing 1- maida and 2- tsp water aplay to maida islary ✔ Freeze Before Frying (Best Method) Arrange rolls on tray (not touching) Freeze 2 hours until firm Transfer to zip-lock bag Store up to 1–2 month
