Marmalade is a perfect use for these delicious bite sized citrus fruits.They have a soft, edible rind and very minimal pith which makes them perfect candidates for the sweet condiment. Please feel free to alter the recipe to suit your individual taste. If you’re not a fan of Star Anise feel free to omit it. Ingredients: ✅ 1kg kumquats ✅ 1 lemon ✅ 4 1/5 cups of sugar ✅ 1 star anise ✅ 1 litre fresh water Marmalade tends to appear a bit runny while it’s still piping hot, but it will thicken up as it cools.
