The word Sanzu is related to the mythological Sanzu River in Japanese Buddhist tradition which translates to “River of Three Crossings” which is the boundary between the realms of the living and the dead which a soul must cross through 1 of three different paths depending on the weight of one’s offenses in life. 1. Bridge 2. Ford 3. Snake infested waters Amado said he had a daughter who died 12 years ago, which I believe in some way is connected to Delta. Based upon different panels where Amado focuses in on her when Isshiki talks about his wish being granted. Also, Amado goes out of his way to have a new delta cyborg programmed to be an ally for Konoha which seems odd. Seemingly a way to remind him of his goal which I believe is u Delta’s name is the Greek Letter Delta which in appearance looks like a pyramid with 3 points. This connects to the Sanzu River of Three Crossings. Plus, Amado had three delta cyborg bodies in total. What if Amado’s plan involves utilizing Kawaki’s Karma to access Isshiki’s dojutsu abilities and somehow retrieve his daughter from the River of Three Crossings or Realm of the Dead. We know that Isshiki’s dojutsu has the following abilities: View the lifeforce of living things in the form of flames. Sukunahikona allows him to instantaneously shrink himself or any nonliving matter within his gaze and return it to its original size at will. Daikokuten can be used to store these objects within a dimension where time doesn't flow, allowing them to maintain their condition. Maybe Isshiki finessed a way to store Amado’s daughter in the Daikokuten dimension where time doesn’t flow, possibly by sealing her like Naruto. But, Jigen’s vessel wasn’t powerful enough to bring her back once Amado learned the Technology in order to save her. Hence, why Amado helps Jigen craft the Peak vessel that would allow him to utilize his full power and restore his daughter. Amado is hard pressed that Kawaki is safe because he still possesses Isshiki’s abilities in his body even if Karma wasn’t present to unleash them.
