An off-duty firefighter on the scene the day George Floyd died, testified Tuesday (3/30). Genevieve Hanson says she was out on a walk when she noticed police lights and heard a distressed crowd and approached the scene. That's when Hanson says she saw three officers putting their weight on George Floyd and knew something was wrong. Hanson says she identified herself as a firefighter to the officers and said the man they were holding needed medical attention, but she wasn't allowed to get close to Floyd.
