A very easy way to repair broken headphone headband, with the right glue or, should I say plastic polymer. A higher grade UV curable plastic polymer, made by a firm called BONDIC, it is so strong it can bond and hold even bolts together. I am not endorsing BONDIC or, any of their products but, I really wanted to get those headphones repaired for good. Just an experiment. I couldn’t believe the strength of the polymer until it hardened, basically, hard as glass in matter of seconds of UV curing. This polymer is the same thing that stomatologists use to make dental caps or, crowns and fillings for that matter, for patients. As always, thanks for watching my video.
