Welcome to the March edition of The Streetlight, Mercy Street’s video newsletter highlighting how God is moving through our programs and community across West and South Dallas. In this update, we share several ways you can get involved this month, including our Spring Break outreach in West Dallas DHA communities where volunteers will serve local youth through games, fellowship, and encouragement. We are also preparing for our Spring Sports Opening Day and Easter Eggstravaganza, a joyful community celebration that brings together thousands of families, athletes, volunteers, and partners as we kick off a new season of sports and mentorship. You’ll also hear about opportunities for young people to grow and get involved through our Leadership Institute, the Mercy Street After School program, and upcoming sports leagues and camps including volleyball, flag football, and seasonal clinics led by coaches and college athletes.
