We go All Access with the Level 9 and 10's at Flip Star Gymnastics in New Lenox, Illinois. This workout was filmed back in late October as they were just beginning to put together half and full routines leading up to their Home for the Holidays meet that kicks off the season for them. At Flip Star, each coach is responsible for and event but all work together for the best of all the athletes. Building the kids up and being kid focused is the mission at Flip Star and you can see it in how the coaches interact with the athletes. As you will see, Flip Star is the master at front tumbling but show a great variety of skills on all events.
