A drawing I had done as a gift for my ex featuring his dog, Buddy. This one went through a bit of a process which included changing the whole artstyle for how I wanted it to look 😆 I am SO glad I did not choose to continue with the semi realism approach. I’ve made a few pieces using that artstyle in the past which turned out, okay. But it’s definitely not my favorite way to draw, nor is it my goal for my art. I much more prefer to draw in a cute, cartoon artstyle.
