What the German Abitur is REALLY Like (Student Perspective)

The Abitur (Das Abitur). Some of you might know it, some may not. It is known as one of the most difficult and vital exams in all of Germany. Students spend weeks if not months studying for their exams, that can decide whether they are going to have to repeat a year or not. Yes, that is correct. And well, I take you along my personal journey through the Abitur in this video, and show you what my daily life looks like while studying for these exams. My three written exams were German, Spanish and Math. In that exact order, I studied for each exam, concentrating on one at a time. On some days the pressure got to me, since if I were to fail more than one exam, that would mean that I would need to stay another 2 YEARS in school. That is why I really didn't want to fail any of my exams. It was one of the most stressful months of my life, filled with a few happy occasions but mostly upsetting, anxious and nerve-racking moments. In this video you see how I finish all my three written exams, and what my feelings about them are. I was not told what my grades were, so I still needed to hope that everything went well.
