Welcome to my new series! In this series we'll learn about Unreal engine and I will try to bridge the experience of a unity developer coming into Unreal engine. While this is an introduction series, I will be going back to making multiplayer games and try to tie everything we've learn. The beauty of the backend series is that it can be reused no matter the engine. So I'll continue showing the flow from backend to game, but I want to transition to Unreal engine. I've been working with this engine for 2 years now at work, and the more I work with it, the more I appreciate how the engine it thought out with everything you need to make a game. In this first video we will look at the interface of UE5 and setup our development environment. We'll end with your first line of code to know how to write the equivalent to Debug.Log I hope that you'll join me as I try to bring you somewhere closer to what I want to do with this channel and I hope you trust me to bring back the backend series in due time!
