#anxietystory #panicattacks #mentalhealth Although I'm struggling right now, and finding the stresses of the world to much, I felt it's important for people in a similar situation to see me at my weakest, because 50% of the time living with panic attacks and coping with anxiety(health anxiety) is normal life for me, I've thought I'd learnt to control and adapt to it,but with the result world's state, I feel like I'm heading back to square one. :( I wont people to know they arnt on their own and evan though it feels like it your not struggling by yourself. This anxiety is a horrible life long battle with periods of relief, but it's hard to cope at times, so share you tips and coping mechanisms with me I'd really appreciate it.
